Any Other Info
Ham Lambert is one of the few sportsmen to have represented Ireland at both Cricket and Rugby. Ham's international rugby career was brief, with just two Ireland appearances, both in the centre, and was prematurely ended by a bad knee injury. His international cricket career lasted far longer spanning 16 years (21 appearances, 36 innings, 577 runs). His rugby playing career over Ham took to refereeing, and had charge of 11 international matches between 1947 and 1952.
