Following is the AGM report for the 3rd XV for season 09/10
The third XV under the new coaching ticket of Graham Quinn (Beamer) and David Quigley again had a productive league campaign finishing a respectable third of 8 in their League and thus continue to maintain Section A status. Alan Flanagan once again captained the side having recovered from the injury that sidelined him for much of last year. In the cup we had a good victory over Wanderers and a close one point win over Coolmine before succumbing to St Mary’s (the eventual winners) in the semi final by a very close margin of 20-24.
